Click here to download the resource you have requested. What you receive will be a compressed tar file, <LUCYrf.tgz>. Assuming you are working in a Unix environment, use
gunzip LUCYrf.tgzto uncompress it into a LUCYrf.tar file, and
tar -xvf LUCYrf.tarto unpack the archive into its constituent files.
Non-Unix users would I believe use software with different names, but I'm afraid you are on your own there. In the near future I plan to make this and other resources on this site available more conveniently to users of non-Unix environments, but my own Unix orientation means that this will take me significant time and effort.
